At Talent Pro, we have been committed to teaching and training industrial personnel with this vision. National Employment Enhancement Mission (NEEM), is an initiative by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, the Government of India to enhance employability through on the job practical training. This schemed is modelled along the apprenticeship method of training – for on the job skill development.
Talent Pro is one of the few education and training institutions recognised by the Government of India under the AICTE NEEM. Our training modules are tailored to provide students and workers with practical training to enhance employability. Training the workforce under the NEEM scheme will help an enterprise to have an engaged, well-educated and committed workforce and will save on-the-job training costs. We collaborate with industries and the government to provide skill upgradation, soft-skill training and apprenticeship.
